- ENTRAÎNEMENT : les cartes seront disponibles à partir de 10h au point de rendez-vous dans le camp militaire de Lagland, balisé depuis la N82 (E411 sortie 31, direction Virton). Paiement sur place (2€/carte). Débalisage à partir de 13h.
L’inscription est encore possible (mail contact ci-contre).

- MOYENNE DISTANCE : ouverture du secrétariat à 13h30, départ de 14h30 à 16h. Inscription et paiement sur place.

- HÉBERGEMENT À L’HYDRION : accueil à partir de 17h (avant, le centre est fermé). Remise des tickets repas par club, ainsi que des enveloppes “relais”. Les réservations impayées devront être réglées sur place.
Souper à 18h30, petit déjeuner de 7h à 8h30. La literie est fournie par le centre.

- MIDDLE DISTANCE : opening secretariaat om 13u30, start tussen 14u30 en 16u. Inschrijving en betaling ter plaatse.

- VERBLIJF in ADEPS-centrum L’HYDRION : onthaal vanaf 17U (voordien is het centrum gesloten). Maaltijdtickets per club af te halen, alsook de omslagen voor de aflossing. De reservaties waarvoor we nog geen betaling ontvangen hebben, zullen ter plaatse moeten geregeld worden.
Avondmaal om 18u30, ontbijt tussen 7 en 8u30. Slaapmateriaal beschikbaar.

Nouvelles de l’organisation :

- Belgian Elite Ranking de samedi (Moyenne Distance) : circuit 1 pour les hommes, circuit 2 pour les dames.

- Relais : 43 équipes inscrites (liste prochainement) – il reste quelques places vacantes -> contactez-nous !

- Cartes et dossards (voir ci-dessus) sont en cours d’impression.
Les informations techniques ont été publiées ci-dessous (pour la Moyenne Distance et pour le Relais des Clubs).

- La composition des équipes doit nous être communiquée avant ce samedi 18 avril à 16h en utilisant ce formulaire Excel (avant vendredi, c’est encore mieux).

- Concernant les changements de dernière minute, un extrait du règlement ABSO (§ 5.3.5) :

“Les ultimes modifications à la composition des équipes (à la suite de blessures, accidents, maladies, …) doivent être communiquées au plus tard 15 minutes avant le départ de masse. Tout changement à la composition de l’équipe après ce délai (15 minutes avant le départ de masse) conduit au déclassement de l’équipe.”

- Pour le spectacle et l’animation, nous demandons aux concurrents de porter une tenue aux couleurs du club, dans la mesure du possible.
N’oubliez pas la tente club !

- Les anciennes cartes de “Lagland – Trou du Loup” sont strictement interdites le jour du relais (dans la zone de course, au parking ou ailleurs).

Nieuwsflash :

- Belgian Elite Ranking zaterdag (Middle Distance) : omloop 1 voor de heren, omloop 2 voor de dames.

- Aflossing : er zijn 43 ploegen ingeschreven (lijst wordt weldra gepubliceerd) – er zijn nog enkele plaatsen vacant -> contacteer ons !

- Kaarten en borstnummers (zie hierboven) worden momenteel gedrukt.
De technische informatie is hieronder gepubliceerd (voor de Middle Distance en voor de Clubaflossing).

- De ploegensamenstelling moet ons worden meegedeeld voor zaterdag 18 april om 16u via de bijgevoegde excel-file (voor vrijdag is nog beter voor ons).

- Wat betreft wijzigingen op het laatste moment, hierbij een artikel uit het BVOS-reglement (§ 5.3.5) :

“Ultieme wijzigingen aan de samenstelling van de ploeg (ten gevolge van kwetsuur, ongeval, ziekte, …) moeten ten allerlaatste 15 minuten voor de massastart doorgegeven worden. Elke wijziging aan de samenstelling van een ploeg na dit tijdstip (15 minuten voor de massastart) geeft automatisch aanleiding tot declassering van de ploeg.”

- Om het spektakel voor de toeschouwers boeiend te maken, vragen we jullie om zoveel mogelijk de clubkleuren te dragen.
Vergeet jullie clubtent niet!

- De oude kaarten “Lagland – Trou du Loup” zijn strikt verboden de dag van de aflossing (zowel in de wedstrijdzone, op de parking als elders).

- Des équipes françaises et hollandaises seront là également !

- Tous les parcours sont tracés et prébalisés. On y retourne fin mars pour les dernières corrections.

- KOL, Omega and TROL confirmed their participation in the event. Many other clubs announced that they are coming.

- French and Dutch teams will be there too !

- All courses are planned and checked. We are back in the forest in the end of March for last corrections.

BELANGRIJKE MEDEDELINGEN:

- Elke club kan meerdere ploegen inschrijven.

- De criteria voor de categoriën zijn combineerbaar –> Voorbeelden van geldige ploegen:

> een D14, een D45, een H55, een H18, twee H21

> een D40, een D50, een H16, drie H21

- De inschrijvingen kunnen in meerdere keren gedaan worden (om bijkomend logement te boeken, om nog een ploeg toe te voegen, enz.). Uiterste inschrijvingsdatum = 3 april 2009.

NIEUWSFLASH van de organisatie :

- KOL, Omega en Trol hebben hun aanwezigheid reeds bevestigd. Talrijke andere clubs hebben hun deelname al aangekondigd.

- We mogen eveneens Franse en Nederlandse ploegen verwelkomen!

- Alle parcours zijn uitgetekend en de prebalises zijn uitgehangen. We keren er eind maart terug voor de laatste correcties.

We are working hard to provide you with a high quality orienteering week-end : maps, courses and an exciting race on Sunday thanks to our speakers and two spectator controls.
